The service was excellent — we were informed ahead of time that the A/C in our original room wasn’t working, and they quickly accommodated us in a different room without any hassle. The location is perfect — within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, and less than 20 minutes from the city center. Getting Ubers was super easy, which made getting around a breeze. No complaints at all — great value, great service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Salvador!"
