"Lovely hotel.  So cosy, very homely.  I upgraded to a superior, lake view room.  It wasn't expensive.  Would highly recommend doing this if you can.  Huge and spacious room, big bed and a view to die for!  Lovely to wake up to each morning. Clean.  Housekeeping was done well each day. There was a fridge in the room, tea and coffee and a hairdryer if you need it.  WIFI worked well. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a good selection of breads, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs and more.  Staff were friendly and pleasant.  Good location on Avenida del Libertador which is the main thoroughfare in El Calafate.  Come out of the hotel, turn right and literally walk straight.  You will then start to find loads of restaurants, shops and a few bars.  One small negative, the hotel especially the room was very warm.  This is from someone who always gets cold!  It is winter at present so I get the need keep the premises warm. However, it was just a little too hot for me and I couldn't seem to adjust the temperature control. Would recommend otherwise.  "
