"The place was nice overall, but there is room for improvement. The beach was beautiful, and the food was really good. My daughter especially loved the show performed by WOW Entertainment. The pools could have been cleaner, and I noticed green buildup in the jacuzzi, so I chose not to use it. The alcoholic drinks were okay, but the glasses they were served in could have been better. We enjoyed parts of our stay, though I hope the pool and jacuzzi cleanliness improves."

"I wasn't wrong to choose Playa Canela Hotel Boutique for my vacation. Without exaggeration, this is a hidden paradise with spectacular views. "The location is right on the beach which is perfect a very relaxing feeling which I enjoyed. We lost our power for three or four hours which is kind of scary no backup generators. They had problems with the water drinking water which was a nuisance but everyone tried hard and I would recommend it for a no nonsense good place at the beach "
