"I overslept on the day of check out and passed check out time about 10 min. Meantime received 3 phone calls from the front to reminded me. As I approached the front desk and apologized, the front desk clerk appeared to be unhappy with me with very little words. I was waiting for my sister to pick me up and the same clerk welcomed the other guest with totally different attitude. Understanding that I was late for checking out but I believe that the professional approach must be maintained in the hospitality industry regardless of the situation. This hotel’s check out time is 10am whereas other hotels I’ve stayed are 11am. If I didn’t feel this way, the review would have been 5 stars. "

"This is a Japanese business style hotel in Tsubamesanjo. It was very close to the train station, but also had a free parking lot. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was very tiny. The beds were Western style but lower than normal and the mattresses were quite firm, as were the buckwheat-filled pillows. The buffet breakfast had some hot items (poached eggs, sausage, potato fritters, etc.) as well as rice and grilled fish. They make their own croissants, which were good. In all a clean safe place to stay which is close to the train station. "
