They wanted to charge us almost double rate, they didnt want to accept the Expedia rate. The staff did not even know that their hotel was on Expedia. They kept saying to us that there was no reservation on our name, that we were not in their system. They kept saying that they do not work with Expedia. We had to show them our reservation and Expedia...

Despite having the original email print off from hotels.com, the hotel advised me that their records showed breakfast wasn't included.
