"First big leakage at front lobby Terrible!!!! The lobby was not very cleaned after that Room is getting old… I called for towels; no one answer my call I would not go back that hotel"

"Hands down the worst hotel experience we’ve had For context, we come 3–4 times a year to visit family. We know it’s La Quinta, not a luxury resort, and we’ve always been fine with that. Clean, quiet, functional—that’s the bar. It used to clear it. Not this time. The hotel was overrun by a youth sports team. Think unsupervised kids sprinting through hallways, trash and food everywhere, and constant noise. Staff presence? Nowhere to be found. A real “family-friendly chaos” vibe. ** I have two boys so I mean that sincerely ** Then the room. First one: broken TV, dirty bathroom, and “free” Wi-Fi that now requires an account. Second room: same broken TV. Third room: finally semi-clean, TV briefly functional. Front desk mentioned they’d switched to Spectrum—makes sense. We got little sleep thanks to the hallway Olympics, and by morning, the TV had stopped working again. At this point, expectations are exceptionally low. The free breakfast wasn't bad but I should have eaten it in my room (see above). That's on me. La Quinta, be better. - Fix the elevator (a year is a long “temporary” outage) - Deep clean the bathrooms—they’re unacceptable - Address the Spectrum issues—this change clearly isn’t working"

"The staff and the amenities were great; however, my partner encountered a dead, large roach in the hallway upon arrival. My partner has personal experience/childhood trauma related to roaches and was freaking out, understandably so. The GM at the Hilton emailed me and sincerely apologized, but did not offer any reparations, and neither did Expedia (booked package); each holding the other accountable. I wasn't looking for cash or a complete refund, but I think a one night stay offer should have been proposed (but our trauma had no value), after all, we saved other guests from seeing the roach by reporting it immediately as well. You are welcome Hilton! So where does this leave both company's customer service? A ZERO out of 5. Stay at HILTON properties at your own peril! Next, I will be canceling my almost 11-year membership with Hilton and I will never book another travel with Expedia again after this injustice! "

"Yes the only problem we had that the bed was terrible it sunk in the middle but we were able to change rooms ant the pool was very cold"

"The room had very small ants in the bathroom. Didn’t see any in the bedroom."

"Room was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. We were lucky to have a nice view of the “strip” which kept my boys entertained for a bit of time each day. There is a cool skate park out front great for kiddos even to run around All the staff were SUPER friendly Pool room was very clean, pool was super warm! If I had to pick something my to complain about? The appearance, they were remodeling And the breakfast. It wasn’t the most practical for family traveling with young kiddos!"
