"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"This property doesn't look like much from the outside, but the things that mattered were great, better than my ratings might indicate. The room was naturally cool (it was hot outside), it had a working refrigerator, and a comfortable bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on, very rare in my experience. "The hosts were extremely helpful and greeted us even when we arrived late at night. Pur apartment was on the ground floor, so it was not hot, and it has a pretty yard to chill with table and a couch. Its a bit up on the hill, and the lake is about 10-15min walk. The condition is pretty basic, but still, it was confortable to sleep. And it had everything we needed for cooking. "

"The staff were very polite and friendly. We were impressed with our room size and layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and the spa facilities were clean and working well. We enjoyed the selection at our evening meal. All in all, it was a perfect weekend getaway!"
