Mold in the shower, nasty beds, Dirty carpets etc. No working smoke detector, We complained to the host about this immediately, but no answer. Faint smell of urine, that was tried hidden with very heavy perfume. Only positive we can say is that it has a good location. We will NOT be back."

"Nice place in a good location, very friendly service. Big enough for a family of four, accommodates in the extreme case even 8 people. The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Also night tables and reading lamps would be nice."

"The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible."

"Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem, und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Besonders schätzte ich die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Innenhof zu parken. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig und angenehm. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine gründlichere Reinigung in manchen Bereichen. Insgesamt war ich jedoch sehr zufrieden.
