"The room was on the smaller side, but our stay was great! We loved the history of the hotel, which is why we chose to stay there. They survived the great depression and world war II. It kind of felt like we were staying in another country. We would definitely stay again. Anne served us at breakfast. She was very kind. And do not underestimate their pancakes. "The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures. Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. "
