"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. "I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. "El tfno proporcionado y con el que piden que te pongas en contacto 24 hs antes no coge nadie...fuimos al Hotel que vimos se llamaba igual a preguntar puesto que no hay recepción en el edificio. y por casualidad acertamos pero si no la verdad es que no responden al tfno y es un problema importante. El aparcamiento no está controlado y no encontramos lugar para nuestro coche. Por lo demás y una vez que conozco el procedimiento volvería"
