"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Brilliant hotel, the rooms were good and close to all you need in serris and if going euro Disney. We didn’t use the bus to euro Disney as it’s only a 10 min walk and well lit at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recently been renovated to a good standard."
