They were also very welcoming and caring towards our doggy. If you don't mind a 45-minute drive from the ferry station, this lodge is a hidden gem. The journey itself is a treat, with plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife. Plus, its central location makes it easy to explore both sides of the island. We had a fantastic time here!"

"Nice clean spot, not much to do other than drive to other spots, most of the trails where blocked off we were told due to flooding, what looks like bike trails is usually paved shoulders on highway may intimadate some people although most drivers seem aware, very few restaurants most close at 8pm Rugged scenery with lots of marinas"
