"I reserved the room several days before we arrived. I left a note in the special request box when paying to give us a first floor if available because my wife being disabled, Also I let them know we were traveling with 2 small dogs. When we arrived he was unaware of us needing the first floor or the fact we had to dogs. So why have a special request section if there not going to read it. Ended up putting us on the third floor and then informed me that the elevator was not working. So i had to carry everything to the third floor and then get my wife up there which caused her knuckles on both hands to become very inflammed like three times the size they should be just from trying to keep a hold fo the railing go up the steps as she usually uses a walker. All this and was not even offered any kind of help. Was the worst hotel experience of my life. Randy"

"Service was absolutely wonderful!! Except for one staff member. The amenities were great . Pool area was very loud due to a clanky vent or something (?) but felt amazing so kinda evened itself out mostly :-)"

"Absolutely awful in every respect . Property looked to be a 1970’s Ramada that was purchased by a franchisee and they slapped a “ Holiday Inn Express “ sign on the front . Carpet was disgusting . Mold in the bathroom . Shower drain was not functioning . Room reeked of dirty socks . Pool was not functional . Back door was key carded but open 24/7 . People out back partying til all hours . Totally disgusting . It should be condemned."

"We had a booking issue. Accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. We needed a room at 12:30am at night - last minute - to stop on our way to our destination. The room was accidentally reserved for the following day. I contacted support immediately. Less than a minute after confirming and realizing my mistake. Hotels.com said they would contact the manager of this property to have them accept to allow a refund. After numerous attempts to contact them - all of which were ignored, the website gave up and we don’t get a refund. We even stopped at the hotel and spoke with an employee. He attempted the contact the manager as we stood there. No response then either. Their lack of communication and disregard for other people is just sad. We will never stay at this hotel or a Baymont again. We understand the policy is no refund but even just allowing us to move the date to use the room or something would have shown some care. To just take our money with no response after repeated attempts shows their desperate need for the money. When we stopped at the hotel, we were glad we didn’t stay. It was sketchy and old. The Holiday Inn Express we found was much nicer and more accommodating."

"There is an elevator, The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast good food for that. Entrance is nice. I would recommend. There is a pool there looks nice"

"Worst bed ever… fold out was nothing but stained springs. Had to argue with management for sheets and a blanket. The full was not any better. Pillows were nothing, but lumps. NO warm water at all!! Wires hanging out of whole in wall. The grounds were covered in trash. When the cold out is used it blocks the entire room so you can’t walk around. Don’t bother staying here."

"The staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my microwave in my room and the room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay there again… That being said the breakfast could use a little upgrade not a lot of variety no scrambled eggs but overall, I would definitely stay there again."
