"It is an old property and has been maintained somewhat unfortunately both the Bar and the Restaurant were closed we also had a hard time checking in as there was no one on the property just a note with phone numbers to call. I did eventually get a hold of someone and they appeared about ten minutes later. "We have stayed at the Kveldsro for a week plus on two occasions, and really enjoyed ourselves each time. The hotel is not a new building, but as a result is full of character. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms fairly recently updated. The dining room and many of the bedrooms have a wonderful view over the Lerwick harbour.
