"Beautiful place. Everything is clean. People that look after this place are great. If you staying here during colder months you probably want be able to use pool because it's not heated. I'm not sure for other rooms but where we stayed there was small kitchen with everything you need. Fridge,sink,microwave, small hotplate with kind of small oven(one unit together),plates,cups,utensils. 3-4 minutes drive to the main street. There is also barbecue area outside."

"Did not interact with anyone at all from the property. Key was in a box, and dropped back to the box. There were fishers in sink and had booked a double bed and 2 singles but only had 2 double beds."

"The dining and the bar were good and the staff were helpful although one of the male serving staff was wearing a baseball cup which we didn’t think look good. We felt the courtyard brick paving was really uneven and dangerous. We felt the shower over the bath is a dangerous situation and my guest did slip on the bath and bang her head against the edge of the bath, causing a split above the eyebrow with much bleeding. Resulting in visits to both the York and Northam hospitals which resulted in eight hours of waiting around for treatment and getting attended to. Ambiance was very pleasant and the room smelled very clean."

"No fluff staff. Easy self access. Beautiful nature and animals about. Cld do with a deep clean. nuts falling on to the roof of the spring room will keep light sleepers awake. Other than that it was comfortable with all the modern necessities. 🙏 "

"A convenient place to stay in York within easy walking distance to the main part of town including dinner options. Microwave, crockery and cutlery was a bonus but missing a tea towel and to dry dishes after washing up. Check in was efficient over the phone. "
