"The hotel is right on the shores of Lake Bled and is full of old world charm. The welcome glass of bubbly in the lobby lounge whilst gazing at stunning Lake Bled was a highlight as was the extensive breakfast. The thermal pools and sauna are fabulous and I highly recommend it. The staff was so welcoming and absolutely wonderful and this is an absolute wonderful base to experience magical Lake Bled"

"Location was great, right in the middle of old town. Room was clean! The only thing is that shower was not well maintained but besides that everything was great! Ps. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one because the one in the bathroom turns off every minute to “save energy” and you have to wait a couple of minutes to use it again so it’s annoying."

"The property is ideally situated on Lake Bled with great views if your room is at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is buffet-style as was dinner but I felt the dinner choices weren’t brilliantly prepared and the vegetables soggy. All in all though, a great hotel and perfect position."

"We've just returned from a 3 night stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, literally everything is close by! We also discovered a few 'alleyways' across the city which were shortcuts. On check in Reception staff were professional, helpful, friendly & smiley. We used Reception several times, different staff & they were fabulous & all had a sense of humour. The use of free umbrellas for guests to use was a nice touch. Breakfast were great, fuss free and plenty of choice. Bar area was lovely, service was efficient. We also ate in the bar one lunchtime and our food (Tuna Poke Bowl & Club Sandwich) were really tasty & well presented. We made use of the Hotels 'Green facility' not to have your rooms cleaned daily, in return gave you 2 vouchers to use at the bar! I prebooked the hotel airport shuttle, to and from the airport. We were met in Arrivals / collected at the hotel and both Drivers on time & friendly. Great service. We would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this hotel."

"Loved the concept of the capsules. Disappointed that the tv in the capsule did not work.. found it quite warm at night even though there was some ventilation. The usb socket did not work in the capsule. Used tne power socket to recharge my phone. The usb sockets in the reception area on the seats did not work either. Regardless of these minor setbacks found the whole experience really enlightening and would stay again. The staff were also fantastic in reception. Very friendly. Really enjoyed the whole experience."
