Comfort Suites Lindale - Tyler North
2/10 Terrible
"Place was kind of a disaster... They were so low on keys that they asked to return a single key when one of them were not working and tried to get two new ones. The room had no hand soap and was informed that they're out. For a room with 3 checked in guests they had two towels, had to ask for one more. The elevator was out of order, we were on the third floor with my 73 year old father. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Overall the place is in a really poorly maintained state and nobody seems to care. Don't stay here unless this is your last resort."

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tyler

"Todo bien"

Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South

"Excellent stay. Entire staff courteous and professional. Great breakfast and well maintained property."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler - University Area
6/10 Okay
"Good stay the male that worked the front desk evening shift (I forgot his name) was so kind nice and helpful. My only suggest is that the women for breakfast wear hair nets because I was eating and had a long black strand of hair on my sausage it disgusted me. Other then that stay was good for one night"

Courtyard by Marriott Tyler
2/10 Terrible
"I booked 4 rooms due to the hotel having an indoor pool and my family and I were coming in to go to the zoo. When we arrived the front desk manager had allowed someone, I’m sure relative or friend, to rent one room and have a child’s birthday party at the pool. Needless to say the pool area and hot tub were unusable because of the 30 people attending the party. Front desk were rude and not helpful."

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler

"Room was very humid and damp."

Hilton Garden Inn Tyler
8/10 Good
"Breakfast was terrible. Cooked to order only works if there's a good cook. The wait was very long, and the cook got our order wrong and had to redo it. Then it was pretty bad - the bacon was half crispy, half undercooked, and the scrambled eggs (the easiest thing to make) were overcooked and had chunks of yolk and white not even well mixed together. The server was nice but clearly overworked - slow to service, and lots of dirty uncleared tables around us, limiting where we could sit."

Comfort Suites Tyler South
6/10 Okay
"Unit was clean and there was a decent hot breakfast available. The room was very spacious and included a sofa bed besides the king. Only issue was the toilet not working the greatest and the tub was slightly rusted but there was a rubber mat to put over it. Overall, not a bad deal for the money"

Executive Inn and Suites Tyler
6/10 Okay
"The room was as expected but they charged you us an additional 3 dollars at check in per room. In previous reviews they were told it was for breakfast but we were told it was a cleaning fee. $3 per room isn't much but it is not stated anywhere before booking the room - which I believe is against the terms and conditions of Hotel.com. I find this tactic dishonest."
