"The staff and even others staying there were all friendly and helpful. I liked the in-room coffee service, but wish there was also some available in the lobby area. Didn't expect only a microwaved breakfast in the dining room, but it was OK. When I had leftovers to reheat for a snack, there was no microwave in the room, so had to take my container down to the snack sales room down by the main desk. "

"We stayed in the section of the hotel that was currently being renovated, so it was a little out of sorts. What stood out above anything else, though, was the staff, especially the front desk staff. They were friendly, bright, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their interaction with guests. Thanks for making it a great stay!"
