En revanche, la politique de ménage limitée à une intervention tous les 3 jours interroge sur le plan de l'hygiène, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs nuits. Par illeurs, bien que la rénovation fût nécessaire, il est regrettable que certains éléments patrimoniaux n'aient pas été préservés : le piano réduit à une banquette d'accueil ou encore de splendides tableaux remplacés par de simples affiches....

"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...
