"Perfect stay, beautiful gardens, very clean hotel, the staff work meticulously to keep it all looking at its best. The food was delicious throughout all restaurants, and excellent service from the staff in those restaurants, in particular Renolta in the lobster village bar, she remembers our drinks each time & gives excellent service. "The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. "Property is awesome, the private beach is nice. The walk to the beach from the room is lovely. Everything is very well maintained but services need improvement.while Corta’s ia good but itherwise food lacks taste and house keeping needs to improve theor response time and so soes the buggy service. "

"Frindly family run hotel perfect location for the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurant run by a Debar lovely guy and very accomodating. Patenom is not as busy as its neighbouring resort Palolem beach, which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away with its many restaurants if you fancy something different of an evening . All in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel "
