"We only stayed one night as we were boarding a cruise ship the next morning. The hotel was clean and the room we had was well appointed with a sauna, TV in bathroom, etc. However, the air conditioning was inadequate and despite manipulation with the room control the room would not get reasonably cool. We did not sleep well in the room that night. I would not stay there again."

"Really like our junior suite room with big bath tubs, the tv doesn't work when I check in , it take them a couple times to have it fixed . The wifi is bad , it work well if you could able to get a connection. No greeting from front desk at all , we stay for 6 nights and may be got greeted for 2 times total? Don't know if it is a Dutch thing"
