"Such a beautiful location. Stayed in room 168 in the overwater bungalows and it was fantastic! Beautiful water, turtles outside our room everyday. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were able to snorkel and kayak. Had options for waterboarding, jet skiing and water bikes too. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Rest of the food was ok, nothing crazy given the price. Staff were lovely but did seen short staff and overwhelmed at peak times which was a shame to see. Had...

"Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast - wide rsnge of foods. Unfortunately Very difficult to find the hotel, not marked on the main road. I was charged twice - the refund will take up ti 90 days - terrible!"

"Great location, clean modern apartment, cleaning staff and reception staff were fantastic"

"Unsurpassed as courteous and gracious hosts, the people who enhance your stay at the Hotel Kou-Bougny know a think or two about old world French charm combined with the warm respectful Traditional cultural ways of this stunning Pacific Island oasis. Intend to make this a return destination. If you visit, take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints...so it can remain so for others."

"I cannot recommend this highly enough. One of my favourite resorts I've stayed in. A nice place to relax and the beach bungalow was well worth the price to relax with the ocean right there. lots of friendly local dogs on the beach was a bonus too. Great food in the restaurant and the room service was worthwhile with our beach bungalow. Kayaks were fun to take out too."

"Always great at the Ramada , Our stay was wonderful!"

"Very enjoyable experience staying at the Gondwana Hotel in Noumea. The staff were excellent; friendly, welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was enjoyable and the location provided an excellent base from which to explore this lovely part of New Caledonia."

"Staff and amenities were amazing. Great location and plenty to do and see."

"It was perfect"

"The location was great, right near bus stops, in between the bays, easy walk to restaurants and cafes and beaches. The apartments were very poorly maintained though, for example the door lock was practically falling off, a kitchen drawer did fall off, etc."

"Very nice, quite and beautiful place to stay."

"Staff were lovely and very helpful"

"Lovely spacious room, well appointed and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff providing very helpful late night book in."

"Lovely stay"

"Great location and friendly staff. We enjoyed being able to grab a quick early breakfast a5t a reasonable cost. Comfortable bed and incredibly clean. Highly recommend!"

"Liked being away from the city and close to the Mangroves walk. Loved the little shop so a night in with snacks and meals was easy. Very helpful staff even if little English was spoken, we managed :-)"

"Sandra, with the aid of Google Translate made us feel welcome and at ease straight away. The cottage we stayed in was quirky, very clean and well-equipped including free WiFi. Local facilities aren't so good, you'll definitely need a car and the local beaches aren't ideal for swimming or snorkelling but there is a pool to lounge in and around. Noumea is about half an hour drive away and there are some museums and things to do there. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there...
