"We stayed in the diamond club and had Butler service but honestly, I don’t understand the point of Butler service. It still was never really explained what they do. We basically did everything ourselves. Overall, the resort is nice. It’s definitely not a five star resort. You can hear all of the outdoor activities, no matter which room you have. That was really annoying. When you’re on the beach several vendors try to sell you on taking tours. We were there for one week and every day we were approached by several people asking us if we booked any excursions. Some staff members are friendly others not. The best part of the hotel is the spa. "

The food in the restaurants on site was delicious and offered a wide variety for all palates. The views of the Pitons from my room and from the restaurant at the resort were fantastic.
