"When we arrived, we stopped in and had to leave back out quickly for an event. When we return to the room later that night to take a shower, we observed mold in the room, and there were sticky spots on the sheets as if they had not been changed. We asked for a different room due to the mold in the mail. We were allowed to move to another room and we observed that the beds were smaller as their original room was two queen beds in this room had two double beds. Myself and my 12-year-old daughter had to share a bed and that’s why I requested Queen’s. When we told the guy at the front desk, he argued with us that we had queen beds in the second room that they gave us, but we did not. He refused to give us another room to accommodate us and give us queen beds so we had to sleep uncomfortably in the double beds. The breakfast was nice in the morning. Because it was the weekend there was not a manager there the next morning when we went to check out, but they did send me an email and I replied and told them about our concerns, but no one ever contacted me."
