"There was no place to park our car, and there were people loitering outside on the landings upstairs. We requested a refund and were told one would occur within 72 hours. Photographs of this hotel do not give a recent idea of its condition. "

"We reported several issues to the staff with no reason. The desk chair in the room was broken my husband almost fell backwards. When we told the front desk staff they said oh yeah we know we won’t charge you for it. The TV didn’t work, and there was a semi truck parked right outside of our window that ran the refrigeration unit all night. "

"It would be very helpful if rooms had access to usb ports or plugs near the bedside. Just one behind the clock is insufficient "

"I don't know about the pets, but breakfast was good with Hot food options and they even had a grab bag for those on the run. Room was very clean. We got the 2 queen suite, Very roomy and comfortable. Outside was a bit of a mess but they were doing renovations to the outside, so that's understandable. Pool was open and we enjoyed the hot tub. Staff was very friendly. I will be staying here when I come back. "

"Property is run down. The elevator has been broken for weeks, and the Wifi is horrible."

"Bed was comfortable. Ac was cold. Shower was hot. Now the downside was that it was in need of maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was all but gone when we got to it. It’s a working town so I figured it gets hit hard with dirty people that don’t care and the workers don’t care much either. "

"Rooms were small but clean. Lots of oilfield workers leaving early (noisy). Entrance was odd, no covered porch or driveway. "
