Stevens County Holiday Rentals

"Room was all gray. Very depressing. It was very small. Lighting was too low. Could not read by the lighting in the room. No microwave. Said they had shuttle service, but they had no shuttle. They called Uber. Staff was great! When we arrived on a Friday afternoon, there was only one person on duty. The line got very long. There was no one to help with luggage. Even with the stress of long lines, the attendant at the desk was cheerful and pleasant. "

"The shower wasn't stocked it was alright I guess not really worth the price maybe after construction it would be but now not so much "

"Really great rooms, the staff was the best! The amenities are scarce but the pool area was nice. Restaurants were good and the casino is clean. The staff were kind, helpful and very friendly. We would stay again if there was a live music show. It is a very smoke filled space. Rooms are all no smoking. "

"There was nothing in our room to cause me to think it was not clean. Occasionally, there are hints or remnants of previous guests in hotel rooms. There was nothing noticeable in this room. The grounds were well-kept, though j noticed that trash cans at the bistro were overflowing a bit by 8 am on Saturday morning."

"I had called the hotel a couple weeks in advance to reserve 2 queen beds for our stay, which the front desk person confirmed. Instead, when we arrived the room they provided was 1 queen bed with a sofa/pull out (with a horrible thin mattress which was sagging in the center). When I brought this up to the front desk the night supervisor said- the sofa bed was the same thing as the additional queen bed- really?? And then the tub had awful back flow problem. Which I brought to the front desks attention. Overall, I was not happy with our room. "

""Free hot breakfast" is at a restaurant down the block. Food was fine but restaurant charges $4 for a self-serve cup of coffee in a paper cup. No coffee machine in the room at Montvale so there you go."
