"The property is in a gated community, one of about 20 bungalows/houses, 90% privately owned. The one we stayed in is also for sale, the agent makes a little extra cash by listing it. It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day."

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Our stay at Homm Saranam Baturiti was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, Our private villa was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We were also touched with a lovely birthday amenity for my son, which made our stay feel especially thoughtful and memorable. Having our own private pool was such a treat, and we loved spending time relaxing there. The dining was delicious, and walking around the beautiful grounds was one of our favorite parts of the stay. We especially loved the vegetable garden—it was so pretty and added to the peaceful, natural setting. What touched us most, however, was the exceptional care the staff showed toward our son, who became sick during our visit. They went above and beyond to help us, including calling a doctor for us and making sure he was cared for. Their kindness and genuine concern meant so much to our family. We also appreciated our driver, who was kind, helpful, and made our transportation easy and comfortable. Homm Saranam Baturiti is a truly special place—not only because of its beautiful setting and lovely accommodations, but because of the wonderful people who make you feel genuinely cared for. We are so grateful for our stay and would happily return."
