Newly constructed and quiet except for construction noise during the daylight hours. Ping-pong table. No restaurant onsite. We were wanting to have fresh fish and they directed us to the "Golden Fish / Altyn Balyk" restaurant that was hard to find - GPS coordinates 41.89699, 72.90633, with helpful staff but little English. Nice ambience and popular with the locals. So-so food. No good view of the lake from town, so we drove south of the town down towards the lake for views. In June 2026, the lake was about 20 meters below full-level."
