"Hyatt regency is more like a Hyatt place … fewer people working , in room dining is in paper boxes with plastic cutlery , but still regency pricing . But excellent pet policy and everyone so kind to pets "

"Quick overnight stay in a safe, clean, comfortable, quiet room. Put in an order at the hotel restaurant before I even headed to my room with my bags still in hand. I told them I would be down as soon as I took my bags up and washed my hands. They called to tell me it would be ready to serve in 5 mins, then unexpectedly asked if I wanted them to just bring it up to me. The offer felt like a gift after 3 hours of navigating traffic in the Baltimore, DC, Alexandria area. Missed taking advantage of the amazing restaurants and peaceful nearby harbor this trip. I love historic Annapolis. And Hilton Garden Inn is my go-to place for about 5 years now."

"The hotel was nice. The first room I got was still a mess because housekeeping didn’t clean that room. So I was given another room, which was clean as a whistle. Very good stay. I would definitely go back. Service was top tier."
