"Wow!! Staying at Burchmulla Resort was such a great experience. The property is beautiful, has amazing views of the mountains, and was so peaceful & relaxing. It’s a short drive from Tashkent & definitely worth the visit. The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. "The bad 1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival 2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it 3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered 4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service. 5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests. The good 1) Location 2) Laundry/pressing staff are very nice "
