"Everything was great except the breakfast. Very minimal. "

"Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again. "

"The bathrooms were not clean and the bedding was not complete. Missing a fitted sheet and blankets didn’t match worn and tattered."

"Beds are poor quality, tvs are so small, pillows we the size ofvthrow pillows and my favorite part....the smoke detector in our room was bagged off. Details and safety can not be overlooked."

"Good location for having to leave early morning for a volleyball tournament the next day. No complaints, as everything was as expected for this type of hotel in a smaller town. Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford."
