"The Royal Motel Tenterfield appears to be a typical basic country motel but it has many special features, the staff were always helpful, the generous supplies of snacks and goodies - renewed daily - and the newly renovated bathrooms made it a standout. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The position in the town was excellent, just a little off the main road so little traffic noise and the motel is situated in the generous rear allotment of the hotel. "Clean and serviced units, tastefully decorated , with continental breakfast with juice, milk, coffee/tea all replenished daily. Parking out front of room. Rooms are private with curtains and blinds to front window, with desk, mini fridge, wardrobe and bench space for luggage. Easy walk to the tavern and all other pubs and restaurants in town. Lots of great shops, antique stores and historical sites."
