The staff were pleasant but were over stretched covering both the kitchen and reception, which meant having to wait for both things. The breakfast was cold despite being kept in the warmers. Didn’t dare taking much scrambled eggs as it wasn’t sufficient. "

"Open checking in, I was told I had a room on the 3rd floor. Then promptly told the elevator doesn’t work. After walking 20 miles it was an effort to hike up 3 floors. I would not have booked knowing the elevator was broken. Also the bathroom and room had hair on the floor, so it wasn’t that clean. For what I paid, it was a rip off."
