"Bella Vista was a perfect stay for us: quiet, clean, and well-maintained."

"The reception was extremely poor, we waited for an hour at the gate for someone to open for us. we spent around R200.00 airtime calling the office and the Officer we were given his number. finally someone who came to our rescue just passed us at the without an apology. we were so unhappy and decided to go to other hotel."

"Considering the distance from Clarens, the quiet country vibe was awesome. Friendly owner...super sausage dog called Russian...homely atmosphere."

"The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The rooms are serviced daily and the host is quick to respond to any of your needs. There is no swimming pool or outdoor space on the property, however the location is within close proximity to hiking, cycling trails and an abundance of activities. +/-2km easy walk to the clarens waterfall. The main town square is within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"Amazing spot! One of the few times where the pictures of the site don’t even do the property justice! Amazing location, large rooms and cool Victorian themes. Very much recommend staying here."

"Neat and clean house. Proactive and accommodating host. She gave us an early check in and late check out. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers. Fully fitted kitchen and more than ample wood was provided for free. I will definitely recommend "

"The location and views are amazing. the unit is smaller than expected and a bit cramped. The dinning area is outside and during the heavy rain we were unable to use it. Also there are a lot of trucks going past and the unit is close to the road"

"I wrote the review already . Place is outstanding, will go there anytime . High level of professionalism and hospitality. Best breakfast prepared by the owner . The love and positive energy one get in this property. The beauty of the layout and creative design of the property . It lifts the somber feeling that you get from Virginia as a town. When you enter there your don’t want to go any where . Best property 👌👌😂"
