La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "

"The receptionist of the Homestay was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and had complementary beverages and snacks. Breakfast was included, which was fresh made and delicious. After our visit, we even received some more snacks for our trip back to Hanoi. I can definitely recommend it. "

"Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. On nous a même prêté une chambre pour nous reposer en attendant que notre bungalow soit prêt. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout est accessible en vélo. "The hotel was really nice and the staff/service were excellent. They're very accommodating to our requests, and family friendly. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere takes you away from the busy city life since it makes you feel secluded and away from the city eventhough you're not."

"There is a young man there named DAT. This guy is probably the best I have encountered in Vietnam. The hotel is on a rice field and gave me everything I dreamed of in Ninh Binh. If Dat were in the U.S, he would be capable of running any size hotel. GET ON A PLANE AND GO SEE HIM. Chez Cao NINH BINH"

"My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"

"A lovely hotel only 300m from the main street of the villageTam Coc, but at the middle of a rice plantation. Be sure to get a room with views! Very good breakfast and refreshing beatiful covered pool. A great base to visit this special area: walking distance from Tam Coc boats and a few minutes by taxi or bike to the other attractions. Great service. Thank you!"

"Tam Coc Retreat is a fantastic hotel in Ninh Binh with a resort atmosphere and away from the busy area, but still close to Tam Coc town. The resort is surrounded by beautiful mountains and you can borrow a bike for free to explore the area at your own pace. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant with local and western options. "
