"Everything was fine; the only issue we had is that every time the elevator arrives at the floor, it makes a sound that can be heard inside the room. One night, around 3:00 a.m., the elevator sounded more than three times, and the next day at 6:00 a.m. it happened again. If it were possible to silence that sound, make it softer, or even change the doors of the rooms, it would make the stay much more pleasant."

"Breakfast was ok, but, everything else was immaculate. My wife had to find us a taxi to Tecate, and, the front desk were so helpful, and, we were not late to a meeting! Slept well also, very quiet!"
