"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"This property is excellent, especially if you are renting a car and like to make your own food while you travel. Modern, sleek, cute, and well accommodated with convenient parking. We had a really nice stay!"

"Sauna advertising misleading, there was only limited sauna availability and it was needed to book unlike normal hotel where you just go to sauna on its opening hours. Having sauna was the only reason to book the locale. There is no staff support in evening, no way to contact a person in case of issues. Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

"Great location - only 10 mins walk to Stadelhofen train stop; very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus kitchen with full amenities and a living room with air conditioner which is rare in Zurich. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. Very helpful and attentive property manager who even asked whether we need a portable fan when we came back from a warm day. Good location. About 15 mins tram ride from Lucerne Central Station. "The apartment was love, very clean, safe and comfortable, our only complaint was in such a modern apartment block there was no usb charging sockets, our solution was we were able to charge our devices using the tv usb socket, apart from that its was a great base, and if you wanted you could cook and eat in. "I’m was good! Very clean, free drinks in the fridge. There was no shampoo or conditioner so that was a bummer and the AC didn’t really work. But it worked for our needs."
