"El lobby se encuentra en el piso 2, por lo que hace confuso el check in ya que no existe ningún personal a tu llegada y tampoco hay alguien que te apoye para asistirte con el equipaje, así que eso deberían de mejorar; sobretodo cuando somos la primera vez que nos hospedamos en dicho lugar."
