"The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived and had neither. We called the front desk and they told us one would be brought up promptly. We had food that needed to be refrigerated and called the desk again 25 min. later. Ten minutes after that a very friendly and helpful maintenance worker brought them both up and connected them. Although this was inconvenient, the staff was always courteous and helpful. It was Syracuse University Graduation Weekend so they were particularly busy which might be why the problem occurred. Mentioning this so someone else might be spared this inconvenience in the future. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
