Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
10/10 Excellent
"The room was spacious and clean. Stylish hotel in the heart of downtown. Valet parking was fast and convenient. Cost was $29 a day."

Quality Inn Near Walden Galleria Mall
8/10 Good
"•Our spacious accommodations included a good-sized TV/cabinet, useful table, nice chairs, and two large beds. The large window offered three levels of light and privacy. The bed was clean, soft and gave us a great night’s sleep! •The bathroom was roomy, providing plenty of linens and toiletries…and lots of options to set out and/or hang up our things. Everything was very clean!! •(We did not use the breakfast area, but at quick glance it looked clean and inviting.) •The parking lot was large, but it appeared most cars parked near the main lobby entrance. The neighborhood was a little depressed, but the lot was well-lit."

Buffalo Guesthouse
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was very nice and the property was a far more interesting stay than a typical hotel which was a benefit. The shower could have been a little cleaner but, the stay was good!"

Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites
2/10 Terrible
"Worked for what we needed, but just pay $50 more to stay somewhere nicer"

The Mansion On Delaware Ave
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to say. Perfect location to see events, restos. Staff extremely helpful and friendly."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lackawanna
6/10 Okay
"Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air."

Holiday Inn Express Cheektowaga North East by IHG
2/10 Terrible
"Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was not very clean when we checked in and in the four days we stayed there it was never cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the floor when we checked in. We did get fresh towels each day. Bed was OK at best. It was hard and lumpy. I am not for sure but I think it had bed bugs. I woke each morning with red/itchy spots on my legs. First 2 mornings I thought it was something that bit me while hiking but the next 2 mornings I had the same type of red spots even though I had not been hiking. Same breakfast every morning. It was eatable at best. Juice machine worked the first morning and then an out of order sign was put on it after that. I would stay hear only as a last resort."

The Richardson Hotel
8/10 Good
"The Richardson is a wonderful hotel. It is a magnificent building and spending time on the lower level to learn about it's past it fascinating. If you can book a hard hat tour while you are there that is even more incredible. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. The grounds are incredible, spend time wandering in and outside. Take the "historic stair." Few aspects of the hotel are not great. It is "cashless" meaning they cannot change large bills in case you would like to tip services. Our room showed slight wear and tear, broken soap dish and rust on a faucet, small but took notice. Also found the mattress rather hard."

Embassy Suites Buffalo
10/10 Excellent
"I liked the breakfast and how it looked and smelled clean."
