"Human hair in tub and shower. Floors not vacuumed or clean room filled with cob webs. Went to front desk to complain regarding room a lady speak with front desk man was complaining regarding her room requesting a refund. I asked her what was issue with her room she showed me a picture of bed bugs. I then asked man for refunded regarding my room he said he would give me another room. I said no I would like to be refunded after seeing picture lady showed me with bed bugs. He said I would need to contact Hotels.com to get refunded. After settling up with gentleman at the front desk I immediately called my credit card and filed a complaint. I will never use Hotel.com again . Or recommend staying at Ramada Inn in Rome New York."
