"This was a beautiful room and property! Yes the rooms have some wear and tear but still very nice! The casino was nice and Non smoking which was lovely. We thought we had an upgraded room but I guess they are all this nice! Will definitely be back! "

"This hotel listing says it has a pool and is one of the reasons for our choice. There is no pool however! Room was clean and decor lovely. Beds were not comfortable and guessing mattresses should be replaced. Parking is terrible and they have the nerve to charge you for poor access. We were directed to entrance B as the closest to our room for loading/unloading . Actually entrance A was the closest. Only luggage carts available however are at front entrance where there is no parking. Terrible set up and NOT convenient for guests. At the very least luggage carts should be available at entrances that are closer to rooms than front of hotel. While the staff ( especially at check out) was very courteous and pleasant we will never return to this location."
