"This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. "

"There was no running water on the property! We left after the first night, and they wouldn’t refund our money. On return, I had to can hotels.com to ask for refund, who said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the property. I did get a refund, but would not recommend or go back. "

"The property was amazing, amenities and all, but it took me more than an hour to try and work out the expedia reservation and nothing was done at the end of the day to secure accommodation via my expedia reservation. Management was unable to process expedia bookings, therefore I had to pay cash to secure the reservation."
