"The key to High Season resort is its incredible beach front location and the really well designed and build pool villas. The rustic and lush exotic gardens give you a sense of relaxation. It was getting close to low season, so the staff seemed to be a bit slowed down. For a 5 star resort, we expected a bit more enthusiasm from the beach staff. Like bringing cold water on hot days and tending the beach lounges. Other than that, everyone else from front desk to room upkeep and service was great."

"Great location and beach. Had the paradise villa which was very nice in 5106, however they need to trim the big tree out front as you could not see the sea which was a real bummer. Charged me for a premium room but not much of a view, I’m sure they would not use that room for advertising. "

"It’s so nice here that we extended. We also spent days just in the resort because the food is amazing and the staff are lovely. It’s gorgeous. Love it here. Addicted to the Thai pork omelette for breakfast. Only good things to say."

"We stayed in a Hilltop view room, beautiful room, great bathroom and bed, walk out balcony was great to have. Food was good, drink options great. Motor bike rental was easy and a must for the island. View from the lobby restaurant was excellent. Resort provided transportation to and from the pier. All the staff were friendly and very nice. I will stay here again"

"I came here for our honeymoon the place is amazing, All staff where every polite, friendly and accepting any questions or issues you have dealt with quickly Food was amazing complement to the chef, bar staff great fun. "Disappointing. When booking the site said parking was available and sadly there was only room for a few cars. We had to park on the street. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was basic but good. Check-in was quick, however, there was no one in reception when we left so we just left the keys at the counter. In furure I would look for a better hotel."
