"Pros: The indoor and outdoor activities at the resort were excellent : Squash, Table Tennis, Foosball, kids play area, big pool, Cricket nets, box cricket and small field soccer, archery, volleyball and racket/pickleball. Great fun. Hot tub and steam room was also nice to have. Staff was helpful and attentive. | Food options were also decent and priced reasonably for the spread. We had a great weekend with a large family booking multiple rooms as a family gathering with lots of young kids enjoying the facilities. The place is tastefully designed with karnataka granite all over. Cons: 1. The granite tilework in the lawns and gardens can be quite uneven with grass growing in between. One has to be careful while walking some sections. One of my family members twisted an ankle because of this. Staff was attentive and provided crepe bandage and wheelchair to assist the injured person. 2. One of the lights in the cupboard had come loose and had live wire exposed. This caused my wife to touch it accidentally and get a shock. Electrician fixed it promptly but this should not have happened in the first place."

"The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The property is literally 1 min from the main shopping street and very close (10 min walk) to the main train and bus station. Reception staff didn’t spoke a word of English. Wifi connection was not stable. Overall pleasant and good experience. Would recommend the hotel to other solo travellers. "

"The resort is pretty , with lots of well maintained tropical plants, with just small number of mosquitoes. Lots of activities available. Food is very good. Checking checkout process was easy. Communicating with front desk was easy. Service is prompt and responsive. Only point to improve I would say is to make sure extras like lunch usage to be more easily electronically tracked and not lead to confusion by use only of paper tick marks etc. "

"Booked AC room and was given Non AC. Front desk person says AC room costs 2k . They have zero knowledge about app based bookings. According to them if payment of over 2k is received to their account they will give ac room.i am wondering if CX has got discounted price on app they don't care. Food was reasonable and good. Expedia this is unexpected and please refund atleast 500 as we were tired didn't bother to cancel and try other properties "
