"Upon arrival we weren’t able to check in yet but Patty gave us a thorough overview of the grounds and services and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the grounds. There is so much to do and it’s a pity we couldn’t spend more time. There’s a shuttle that goes to Santa’s village which was very convenient. "The hotel is new and very typical. We had a wilderness room which was spacious, comfortable, clean and warm. However the bathroom, although new, seemed basic. I would appreciate a screen between shower and toilet, lack of screen means the toilet gets wet. The cleaning of the room is every other day. However we stayed three nights and the room was never made. I think to ask 25 euros for a WhatsApp message for the aurora alert is ridiculous, it should be complimentary. Food choice is reasonable...

"Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

"Amazing location in the city centre of Levi. You have everything at your doostep, slopes, cross-country tracks, restaurants, shops and bus stops. The appartment is well equiped with a nice modern kitchen. The bathroom has a private sauna which we've really enjoyed after days of winter activities. The staff at the reception was very helpful and shared with our tips for our stay in Levi including where we can go look for northern lights. Some of the furniture was a little old and the bed could be more comfortable but overall is great value for money. I would book again if visiting Levi."
