Despite my very early morning departure, the team arranged a reliable airport transfer without any fuss — a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly peaceful. The area felt very safe and quiet, which is so important when you're travelling on your own. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my entire stay, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my trip. What truly made this place stand out was the amazing staff — especially Betim and Dejon. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From sharing excellent local tips (food spots, hidden gems, and must-see sights), to simply checking in to make sure I was doing okay, they genuinely cared. A perfect example: I forgot my phone charger and mentioned it in passing — Betim immediately offered me one of his own, no hesitation.
