Service was also disappointing. Despite the casino not being busy, we waited around while actively playing machines for nearly 20 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted by any attendant. A simple welcome or offer of assistance would have made a big difference.
Additionally, the gaming options felt limited and confusing. Only line-style games were available, and there were no keno machines, which was a letdown. On top of that, the betting systems and gameplay options weren’t very user-friendly, especially for casual players—it felt overly complicated rather than enjoyable.
Overall, while the hotel stay itself may have potential, the casino experience needs significant improvement in air quality, customer service, and accessibility of games.
