"We checked in around 9pm, get to room only to find out you can't turn on TV. We tried to call front desk but phone didn't work. Went to front desk and were told they had to come to our room to turn on TV. After they he left room we realized you can't turn up volume. Either you turn off air to hear TV or just watch screen with no sound. After a long drive i just wanted tovwatch TV to unwind sobi could sleep. Next morning guess what? They had to come back to our room to turn TV back on. This was after an uncomfortable night with the air not getting room cooled down. Awful experience. I asked why they wouldn't just give us the remote, they said to many being stolen. I asked why they wouldn't charge deposit for it. Was advised owner didn't want to do that. What? I've never experienced anything like this before. "
