"No desk attendant overnight. We have stayed at many Super 8 hotels & never experienced this level of disappointment. It was on us that we didn't read the fine print regarding no one at desk from 2 am to 2 pm. However, our rooms had only 1 towel each and barely any toilet paper. Our AC would not cool & there was no one to provide service. The breakfast was self serve, stale & no coffee. I might have chosen to stay at such a place for way less money, but with taxes making the room over $100, we wish we had just kept driving."
